• Rates shown above include Standard Cover plus and excess (payable by the hirer) in the event of an accident.
• You can, however, waiver this excess by taking out the additional Super Cover.

Identification: Drivers must produce a valid, unendorsed driver’s license before the vehicle can be released.
Payments: To be made upfront and in full, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note: debit cards are not accepted.
Delivery and Collection: There is an additional charge for Delivery and Collection for rentals between 1 – 6 days.
Additional Drivers: A once-off fee of R180 per additional driver. No more than 2 additional drivers.
Age Limits: Drivers must be 23 years or older and must have a valid license for a minimum of 1 year.
Fuel: Vehicles not returned full will incur the cost to fill the vehicle, the fuel charge will be for the clients account.
Accident Handling Fee: R220 to R500 levied on all damages. As the responsibility amount on the waivers only contributes towards the repair costs of the vehicle, an administration fee of R500.00 per accident will be levied to cover the costs of processing the claim. This includes items such as assessor fees, quote gathering and legal services. This is only applicable where super cover is not taken.
Fines: The hirer shall be liable for an administration fee of R200 should a fine be imposed as well as the actual fine.
Valet: A valet charge applies should the vehicle be returned with excessive dirt or if you have smoked in the vehicle.
Cancellations: 31 + days: 25% of rental cost, 15 – 30 days: 50% of rental cost, 7 – 14 days: 75% of rental cost, 0 – 7 days 100% of rental cost.
Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice.
Period: Continuation of the hire period beyond the originally agreed date of termination must be agreed to by both parties and a new rental agreement drawn up.
Insurance: Standard Cover is compulsory. PAI. We do not offer Personal Accident Insurance.
Speedometers: All speedometers are sealed. Should the seal be broken or tampered with, a minimum of 250 kilometres per day will be charged.
Terms and Conditions: The hirer is subject to the terms and conditions on the reverse side of the rental agreement.
